Citadines Songshan Lake Dongguan

We got a 1 bedroom apartment. It was new and perfectly clean. The staff helped us with kitchen utensils and etc to be able to cook. They come and clean everyday and the cleaning the do is proper. Both housekeeping and the frontdesk always try their best to help. Some people at frontdesk speak English and that's a plus too. Great stay.

The room was clean, new, quiet big and all equipment existed to longer term stay.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a special day for us and we let them know ahead of time and they made it a little bit extra special. The washing machine in the room was useful, the breakfast was just above average with a wide selection of types of food (the takeaway containers were also great).
